Delivery

UK Standard Delivery

1st Class - £2.99 delivery estimated in 1-2 working days.
2nd Class - £1.99 delivery estimated in 3-5 working days.

UK Next Day Delivery

Next day delivery is £8.99 insured and trackable.*

* Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail Special Delivery. If you order by 3pm you will receive your goods before 1pm the next working day. If you place your order on Friday, you will receive on the following Monday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, you will receive on the following Tuesday. A signature will be required upon receipt.

Europe Delivery

Standard - £3.80 delivery estimated in 5 - 14 working days.
Trackable - £9.99 insured and trackable. Delivered in 3-10 working days.

Worldwide Delivery

Standard - £4.50 delivery estimated in 7 - 21 working days.
Trackable - £10.99 insured and trackable. Delivered in 3-10 working days.
(Please note: Deliveries to Mexico, US Outlying Islands and Taiwan can only be sent Trackable)

All items are dispatched within two working days, although please keep in mind these dates are going off delivery estimates and not guaranteed so it is still advisable to allow as much time as possible.

Returns

At Vintage Fashion Jewellery we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. If you are unhappy at all, please send us a message and we will be happy to resolve any problems you may have.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase you can return it to us in saleable condition* by post within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to the same method of payment in the interest of fraud prevention.

How to Request a Return

Beginning the returns process couldn't be easier. Simply email us at info@vintagefashionjewellery.com with your full name, order number and your reason for return. We will get back to you with instructions once your return has been authorised.

We request no items are posted back before the return has been authorised by us.

General Returns Information

If you are returning an item to us for a refund, then the cost of returning to item to us is your responsibility. Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error or was faulty (providing we are notified of faults within 7 days of receipt).

Items are your responsibility until they reach us so we advise all items should be sent recorded delivery with proof of postage and relevant insurance. Return items can only be processed once they reach us. We are unable to refund items that are lost in transit.

In the interests of hygiene we do not offer exchanges or refunds on pierced earrings unless they are faulty. All returns must be unworn and in their original packaging otherwise we may not be able to process your refund.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. You will need to return the unwanted item to us for processing first and then place a new order.

* Saleable Condition - Please ensure the environment is free of smoke and any strong odours such as food cooking. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence of these instructions have not been followed.
