Can I create a custom piece of jewellery?

If you have any queries or any special requests send us a message. If you love a particular pendant but would like a different chain length, or If you're a lefty and would like the clasp on the left, just ask!

Most of our necklaces have different chain lengths and metal colours to choose from. Chain lengths can be from 15 - 38 inches in length. If you would like a specific chain, please send us a note at the checkout and we'll make your necklace length to suit you.

Can I track my order?

 The standard shipping methods do not provide a tracking number - if you would like tracked shipping, please select this at the checkout.

UK Customers - Please select "Special Next Day Delivery" if you require a tracking number.

International Customers - Please select "International Tracked Delivery" at the checkout.

We try to ensure our delivery estimates are as accurate as possible, some parcels may take up to 28 days to arrive dependent on worldwide location. Delays can occur at a number of stages along the process, however the most common delays are with customs inspections or during busier periods of the year, such as holidays. We appreciate your patience but feel free to contact us if you are concerned about your order.

Unfortunately there are certain countries which we do not deliver to, this is due to sanction restrictions or unreliable postal services. If you are having trouble finding your country in our delivery list, please contact us for more information and how we can try to resolve the problem.
